Sessions are currently being held in person and virtually for California based clients using encrypted HIPAA-compliant platforms. 

Sessions 

Complimentary 15 minute virtual or audio consults offered to meet and greet and answer questions you may have regarding my practice.

Individual Therapy is provided for adults typically lasting 50 mins. EMDR reprocessing sessions last up to ninety minutes. KAP dosing session last around 3 hours. Group therapy sessions are based on needs and request.

Adjunct Therapy Services is offered to clients who wish to continue working with thier primary therapist while receiving specialized support. This includes Somatic Experiencing®, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and /or Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (in collaboration with a medical provider). My role is to collaborate with your existing provider and offer focused, skill based treatment to compliment your ongoing work.

Fees

  • $250 per 50-min session   

  • $450 per 90-min sessions

  • $750 per 180-min session for KAP or EMDR intensives.

Out of Network:

Most PPO plans cover a portion of out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance provider to inquire about out-of-network benefits.

For out-of-network coverage, payment in full is collected at the time of service. An invoice known as a superbill will be provided with information your insurance company needs to reimburse you for the service.

I offer courtesy billing for out of network claim submission. Some insurance companies will allow the provider to submit out of network claims directly, so the client will not have the extra step of sending over a superbill. Payments would then be sent from the insurance directly to the client.

Depending on your plan, you may receive compensation (full or partial) from the insurance.

Questions to ask your insurance:

Do I have mental health coverage?

Do I have a deductible to meet before services are covered? If so, what is my deductible?

Is there a limit of sessions per calendar year?

If you choose to use your insurance, a diagnosis will be submitted to them in order to bill for services. In addition, insurance companies can audit therapy records at any time and have access to psychotherapy notes and assessments.

Cancellation policy:

A cancellation fee will be applied for all sessions cancelled without 24-hour notice.
